Clinical Pharmacist
Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Location: Cherry County Hospital, Valentine NE

Responsibilities: As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing pharmaceutical services across all hospital services and disciplines. Your responsibilities will include:

Dispensing medications and preparing pharmaceutical preparations.
Contacting physicians to address questions or irregularities regarding medication orders.
Monitoring Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) patients and preparing TPN solutions.
Mixing intravenous additives and chemotherapy using aseptic technique.
Maintaining patient profiles and completing medication charges.
Supervising inventory levels and filling employee prescriptions.
Consulting with physicians and nursing staff on drug availability, side effects, and incompatibilities.
Organizing daily operational duties to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Hospital Pharmacy Administration.
Must meet State requirements for Pharmacist licensure by the Nebraska Board of Pharmacy.
Minimum of three years of experience in Hospital Pharmacy.

Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality MRI's, CT scans, and diagnostic radiographic images for interpretation.
Perform QA testing on MRI equipment and assist with fluoroscopic examinations.
Adhere to safety protocols and educate team members on MRI safety.
Train staff on MRI procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
Procure and manage supplies and stay updated on new procedures and equipment.
Maintain patient confidentiality and meet physical demands of the role.
Work occasional on-call shifts and weekends as scheduled.
Qualifications:

Graduated from an accredited radiology program.
Current ARRT registration and Nebraska state licensure.
BLS certification required.
Skills and Abilities:

Proficient in MRI and radiology procedures.
Strong communication skills and ability to operate equipment safely.
